In today’s world, success is often mistaken for shortcuts. Everyone wants to be a millionaire or billionaire, but few want to become masters of their craft. We chase titles, not transformation. But if you pause and observe, even a beggar on the street is a genius in their own way—knowing exactly how to convince strangers to offer food or money, often more effectively than a trained salesperson pitching a product. That’s not luck. That’s skill. That’s survival intelligence.
And that’s where my story begins.
The Corn Analogy That Changed My Perspective
Have you ever bought roasted corn from a street vendor? Before roasting, it costs ₹10. After roasting—after burning—it’s ₹20. Same corn, double the value. That’s when I realised: burning will give you glory. The more you refine yourself, the more the world sees your worth.
From Confusion to Clarity
I graduated with a BCom degree, but I didn’t have any trendy certifications or a clear career path. For 2–3 years, I wandered—clueless, directionless, and alone. No mentor, no guide. Just me, trying to figure out what “next” looked like.
I wasn’t tech-savvy either. But slowly, I started exploring platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. I researched my interests, watched free tutorials, and began building skills that aligned with my goals. It wasn’t glamorous. It wasn’t easy. But it was mine.
The First Job That Lit the Fire
Eventually, I landed my first job. That moment was a revelation: burning will give you power—if you’re moving in the right direction. I learnt the basics of how organisations work, how problems are solved, and how expertise earns respect.
But I wasn’t satisfied. I wanted more. So, I kept learning, kept growing. I upgraded my skills based on market demand and trends. And when I felt ready, I moved on.
Growth, Offers, and the Power of Visibility
With every step, I kept updating my LinkedIn and social media—sharing achievements, lessons, and progress. Slowly, offers started coming in. Not because I was lucky, but because I had burned through the confusion, the self-doubt, and the limitations.
Now, I know this for sure: burning will give you power. Not once, but every time you choose growth over comfort.
The Final Lesson
If you want to stand tall in society, you must be willing to burn—burn through your fears, your excuses, and your old self. Because burning will give you strength. It’s not just about becoming employable. It’s about becoming undeniable.

Keep learning, keep moving forward
